I have not tested the fit yet, so let me know how well it works for you. That's a slick update on sticking the two parts together. Thanks for sharing it!

That was the problem. I did that. Due to however you uploaded them the stl downloads are broken/wrong for the multiple part prints. You would need an stl for each unique part and it doesn't do that. And you can also download the stls by changing the download option on the website.

I broke them apart when I updated the geometry and re-uploaded in zip files with all the STL files in one zip. That was the problem. I did that. Not a big deal since I figured out a work around though.
DO NOT print that yet. I just realized that is the 77-80 version in the wrong print profile. That's a slick update on sticking the two parts together. Thanks for sharing it!
After some more poking around I figured out what I was missing with the files. I joined the 3d printer scene back in 2016 and everything then was stl files. I'm just a hobbyist and boot up my printer a few times a year and haven't stayed up to date as the technology as progressed. The stuff you've uploaded is 3MF and is a newer format than I am used to and contains different info than the old stl files did. My old slicer software only works with stl and I couldn't decipher how to break down what you uploaded into individual stl files.
For anyone else not used to the 3MF format you can load it up in Bambu Studio and export individual parts as stl files to print them out one by one.

I will wait with baited breath then haha.DO NOT print that yet. I just realized that is the 77-80 version in the wrong print profile.
It should be fixed now. You want v5.1 models when you print.I will wait with baited breath then haha.
I'm printing at 110 bed temp and yes it's enclosed (although not great). I'll play with the rafts and I may consider wrapping the enclosure in a towel to keep the heat up.Try rafts at the corners, higher bed temperature, and/ or a glue stick for better adhesion. Is your printer enclosed?
There's a guy IPF Racing on FB that does stuff as a business. Don't know much about him I just see his reels on designing and printing stuff. He's in Michigan. So is anyone doing this for $$$?
I need a custom duct made for the footwell off the heater box
Your best bet is to work with someone local if you don't know them. It will take a few test fits most likely. So is anyone doing this for $$$?

That’s just it. I know there is a duct that went there, I don’t have it, no one does. I’m not even sure what it looks like.I would do it you need someone, time and materials.
And yes it can only be as accurate as the dimensions given if I am not there. Unless you have a part you need replaced you can send.
