I'm having a knuckle issue on the 60. I did full kingpin rebuilds on the uppers and lowers. First the bronze bushings were too tall and locked everything up when the arms were tightened down so I had to take a 1/16 off the top of them. After putting everything back together I can get the correct tension on the knuckles but the passenger side has a little play in it before it gets tight when turning it by hand almost like it has a little backsplash set into it.
Thanks for the link. I would have had some of the same issues if I hadn't already milled the bushings down. I did figure out the problem. The roll pins that come with the bushings are almost too large to fit. You can beat them in. So I got some smaller pins and also collapsed them down to a slightly smaller diameter. One if them was just small enough to let the bushing rotate a tiny bit so I just opened it back up and everything is working good.
