Thanks, those pics help a ton.

The front is going to be a little more interesting since i have the vertical side light. Gonna try and trim right up to it and hope it can stay.

Do you happen to have a pic of what you did with the core support from under?

Im thinking of cutting it almost out, straight up near the body mount and then welding a piece of angle iron for some support.

I didnt do anything with under the core support. The bumpstops took care of most of it, and I plan on tapering the front next spring after my deployment.

If I don't taper it I was planning on just cutting that area at an angle like you are saying. I am trying really hard to keep my inners because of how wet it is here, but something custom is probably going to be necessary soon.

Here is where I rub. The tire never hits anything sharp so it doesnt bother me much.

Brian, I can't believe you would put up with your tires rubbing the inner fender well like that. What's next - tolerating a little body damage? Unbelievable.

42's look good, looks like some trimming is in order, gears are in order, etc...Did you ditch the 36's?

here is how I did my fenders w/ 42's, a little caved in since, but oh well...here is a shot of the marker light.

Got it all trimmed up. I am gonna bumpstop it right before it hits the top of the front fender. I cut my core support right above that reinforced box thing from the body mount to the outside.

I needed to bumpstop it there anyways because thats when my springs are flat, and also when they make love with my pitman arm.

I managed to keep the inner fenders :) wich i as happy about. Went and flexed it out and i need to trim out the back of the inner fender like you did Brian because it hits it just enough to bother me.

I think my front is a little lower than most. Because i absolutley had to trim the core support or it hit... even on flat ground.

Rears clear great!

Gonna put my 36's on craigs to get some money back i hope. I have 8 total 36x14.5x 16.5s so i should be able to get a couple hundo.

Will be rockin 4.10s for a while probably... may not even regear. I like the "od" it gives me with my th350. When the doubler comes along we will see how much slack that takes up, and go from there. But doubler is def next on the list

That is freaking awesome

Dead sexy.

BTW with 42s and 4.56s and a doubler I am perfectly happy with my gearing. (also a TH350)

I can't imagine 4.10s would be that much different

I was even mostly fine with it when I had 44s

Should be able to pull a couple hundred, out the tires.
We should go wheelin' soon!

I wanna see those balloons in person!

(That sounds baaaad.) :doah:

I always heard that California was the land of fruits and nuts.
:haha::haha::haha:
Well I am glad some people get to use the parts I couldn't keep.
Enjoy it wile you are without kids.:eek1::dunno:
Looking good chris.
I hope I get a little break when I send the wife to Romania for her sister's wedding then I can get something done on one of my vehicles and maybe go wheeling with you guys.:D

Come get this stuff out of my garage too haha :haha:

between the top, and the axle i have no room in my little 1 car man cave.

Did you go soft top, Chris?

I wish.

Nah i picked up a newer style top for issam and its been hanging out in my garage. I cant take my top off till i clear out some room.

For right now i cant justify 900bucks on a soft top, when i could have a doubler instead. :waytogo:
