I liked the way Kurt does it, hole saw the floor and drop the legs through for welding/paint.

Keep in mind you want that harness bar right below your shoulders, not sure what your plans are....

Lookin good

Thats my plan. Thus wanting to be able to get the rear section in and out easy.

Harness bar is just about right. Hard to tell without seats but it'll be right below my shoulders.

I was so focused on making the harness bar have a minimal effect on the upper portion fitting that I didn't realize how much it pulled the feet in. That's where the problem started.

Are you bolting to the floor directly, or some backing plates or is there some frame you're connecting to underneath?

There's some half ass backing plates. The front ones are solid backing plates but the rear is something I'm going to have to adapt to when I tie it to the frame. Probably not going to happen this year. Just trying to get it built at the moment or at least do all the things I need to once it's sealed off.

I forgot to mention I ended up getting the hilift back out last night. Freed the cage up and reassessed the situation. I should be able to make it work but ill have to elongate the holes on the driver side. I hate doing ghetto shit like that but it happened and so I just need to deal with it.

Its one of those deals where youd never know it was off at all, I just try to keeps things right.

Hahaha indeed!

I got pulled over for tint about a year ago. They told me it was illegal, which I acknowledged. Then there was an awkward silence and the cop was like "you'll go get them again right after you take them off for a fix it ticket?".

Yes, yes I will and he let me go lol.
