Wait did you go from non boost to H boost?
You do know you can stack most hole saw blades inside themselves to keep em centered...
I need to pay attention because Lucy is getting this exact treatment. How different is the pedal ratio from the boost to non boost?
That im not sure about. Im totally in the dark on a lot of this. The only thing I know is it somehow lined up with that pin on the pedal. Im gonna put the master on tomorrow and guesstimate where it bottoms out and somehow make a stop to prevent it from hitting absolute bottom. Im thinking the throw is very similar to the vac brakes.
If you know how far from said pivot both pins were and the pedal lengths we could have a scientific conversation about this instead you choose anecdotal evidence...
Considering that hydroboost eliminates the need for large volume short throw masters because of its immense pressure capabilities id say leave it and verify the pedal travel.. I too agree it's overly aggressive.. Reduction might be what the dr ordered.
Thanks campfire.
Im inclined to leave it. The last setup i had (vac), the pedal throw was ridiculously long. This might mean my preference is a shorter throw. As long as its not skidding the minute i put pressure on the pedal then im good with it.

I was really diggin this UNTIL it got all technical... Way to ruin it @campfire

Are you mocking my sarcasm???1.) It's a build thread, it's SUPPOSED to be technical. If this thread got any less technical it would get kicked into the lounge.
2.) @sreidmx didn't approve of my lounge-friendly answer, so it was time to break out the mathematics. 'Cause maths is where it's at.![]()
