Well I'm trying to put the b pillar in today. It's amazingly off. I don't see the point in putting rosette holes in a tube when you'll end up cutting it off to make it fit? Assembled the b pillar lower length is 65.375".....that's 2" and 7/8ths off.
I assume it's a two piece B pillar and it's too wide?
3 pieces. The 2 uprights, which are sleeved and then the mid section bar, which had the rosettes. I cut it down and it fits perfect now. Just don't see why it should be that far off, not to mention eliminating 1.5 rosette holes on both sides...
Ah so it's too tall
The back glass comes out easy. I have removed dozens of them, and never broken one.

They zip out in about 10 minutes. As long as you dont freak out, you wont break it.I hear the front is more or less the same. Definitely have to remove that.

Yeah, plus or minus the metal. It's basically a metal strip and a piece of spaghetti string around it and that's it right? Peel out, push window out carefully?
I've been sitting here trying to figure out what domo tube was. I thought it was still window talk... Lol
My .02 on the window install/removal
@bent72 nailed it. Don't freak out. be patient and if it's not going smooth start over. A couple friends that aren't too high strung are good help too. If you rub dish soap on the seal and have a spray bottle with soapy water it makes it slide in real easy. I use a contractor string line for a rope. I don't claim to be an expert but that's how I do it and I haven't cracked one yet.
