Definitely agree. Number 2 was just to show how much is too much I guess. I’d really rather not bob it. Maybe I’ll just have to get creative with making a bumper with extra long mounting brackets

My vote would be to keep it the way it is now.

# 1 isn’t bad if you need the clearance.
 
Agree with Martin. Take some off. Have you seen kunkles cucv? The bob on that one is nice.

#2 is most practical for wheeling but looks gawdawful. I’d go #3 honestly. And trim the bottom of the bedside like Langdale is gonna do. Keeps it from getting hung up
 
You have to look past the ugly, to see the proportion on mine. Makes it tricky. I had to stay a little longer due to the 56” rear springs.

If you have to do it, go with #1
#2 would make me not even wanna drive it.
 
What’s the detail in the upper shock mounts?
That a piece a tube the bolt goes through?
 
I think you are going to need some support on the outside of that shock bolt. It has an awful amount of leverage on the frame.
