Any issues keeping your trans cool with the radiator bypassed? Still debating this with my th400.

Trans was 180°-200° while rock crawling. Playing in the sand it got to 220°-225°. With direct air flow on 2nd cooler I think it would drop a little more.

Engine ran almost right at thermostat 180°ish until running hard in the sand. Don't think it ever got over 220°.
