The steel collars should be tight against the bracket. That’s what the bolt tightens up against. With a little piston compression the pads went on like disc brake system came from the factory.
The steel collars that the caliper bolts go thru, are they supposed to butt up to the bracket or sit like mine... About 1/16" from the bracket?? See the last photo

It is touching. I still need to lubricate the collars inside the rubber o-rings. Everything actually fit up very nicely. It looks like the steel collar is touching the bracket? Is it not?
I'll place an order! THANKS!Get some of the purple ceramic brake lube for those pins and rubbers. Stuff is great
Looks great! So apparently when putting in rear calipers you may have to shim the brackets. The passenger side was off by 1/10" and the driver side was off by about half that. The outside pad was too close to the rotor. Used four stainless steel washers to shim passenger side and ordered a set of stainless shim washers for the driver side. Ordered 0.03" and 0.025" shim washers. Used 0.055 and was able to create a gap large enough for the outside pad to fit nicely. These custom jobs are never easy.

The bolts are about 1-2 threads away from being flush. They should be fine...or should I have some bolt sticking out the other side?Looks great!
Are the bolts too short? I don't see any threads protruding through, or flush at least?
