77 C20 hauler to crawler

Ok NOW I have all the parts I ordered. Unfortunately I'm stuck at work this week and can't get anything done on the truck. So here's a teaser pic to keep you guys entertained...

I do have a question for the motor guy... @bent72
2.5" or 3" exhaust? I'm going to be running basically the same setup as @Chinahands but I'll be using a flowmaster 40 series. I don't have a super nasty built big block. Just a roller cam aluminum heads and a rpm air gap intake. I love the way 3" sounds but to save a little cash and keep it somewhat simple I'd do 2.5". Is it going to make any difference???

fitting 3" is usually the issue if you're clocked

What headers are those? Do you know if they fit yet?

They're some off brand stainless headers. They were cheap and had decent reviews so I decided to try them. I figured they couldn't be much worse than my flowtech headers. They seem to be ok though. I was kind of surprised!

On eBay? I was looking at some a few months ago in case my long tubes don't work out.

What's trans and t-case are you going to run?

Spent most of the day yesterday looking for bolts and my 10mm wrench. Not really but that's what I seems like. I had meetings yesterday morning that ran long and then a bunch of errands to run so I didn't really get a whole lot of time in the garage. Do you guys know how much of a pain it is to send something to Japan??? Anyway I did a little cleaning in the garage and then built a bracket for my shift levers. Still have to modify the levers but this is what I have so far. I need to find something cool to use like some old wrenches or something? I have a breaker bar that I might use for one of them.
