Haha you guys are killing me! I’m ok with stacks if they’re done right. My 07 had a single 6” miter cut that just cleared the top of the cab and it looked and sounded good. I was going to run a single “stack” on my crawler up the back of the cage but I wasn’t ok with how close it would have been to the fuel cell and I figured no matter what I did to shield it someone would burn themselves. So I just ran it underneath. If this truck was a Cummins swapped truck I’d consider doing a single stack.

It’d be a lot cooler if you did.

Just use drill steel to make your side pipes then they can double as rock sliders and foot/hand warmers in the winter. Just don't wear flip flops and accidentally burn yourself on them.

Bout to weld the muffler in and call it quits. I’m thinking about just doing a couple good tack welds and a beefy hanger and using my stainless band clamps. Not really feeling this overhead welding stuff right now.

I decided to weld the whole thing. The band clamps I have are 2.5”. I’m still going to get some 3” clamps to eliminate any possible leaks because the welds on top of the pipes are questionable.

Exhaust looks great Aaron! For what it’s worth I’ve had more leaky band clamps then I have craptastic welds. I only used clamps on the 92 because I was lazy

That's not a fork. That is a Trident, used for ruling the oceans. Does not work in lakes.
