Got my door jambs sprayed with some bedliner. Also did the back of the cab where I welded the strap in.
Gotta get rid of Santa’s wrapping paper from last year before the kids catch on.
One door painted. Need to install my new weatherstripping.

Doors are ready to go back on. I didn’t replace the wing window gaskets this time around. I have them but it looked like more of a job than I wanted to tackle tonight. I’m pretty sure I can get them to seal up good as is. I tried to cheat and leave the door panels on when I painted them, but when I did the new felts I had to pull them off and now they’re all dirty. Lol
Tomorrow I’m going to take an hour or two and pick up a little bit. It’s bad...

Didn’t get much done today or yesterday, but I did get the material for my headliner. The wrinkles on the edges should go away when I install it in the truck. Really wondering if it’s going to work or not, but not really worried about it. Hoping for the best but expecting the worst I guess.
I also picked up some paint for the trim. It’s just rust-oleum for plastic, but the color is pretty close. I really think it would be perfect for unfaded panels. The pieces that I robbed out of my parts truck were white so this will look better either way.
That’s the end of my progress for this week. Off to Iowa tomorrow and then Minnesota from there on Wednesday and back home late Thursday/early Friday.

I absolutely can not wait to get the interior together! Went with the factory carpet color, but I think I should have gone with either khaki or a dark brown. Not a big deal really. I will say that this is the second molded carpet I’ve purchased from Auto Custom Carpets and I highly recommend them. First one was actually rubber but the quality was there.
I’ll post a few more in a little bit. The visors look a little out of place. I’d like to find some that aren’t as faded, but these will be fine for now.
