What color are you going to paint it?

The new orange... Black.
Lol I’m actually going to spray it with raptor liner. It’s comparable to the texture of an aerosol bed liner like duplicolor and it seems to be pretty durable. I sprayed the inside of a samurai a few years back and I really like how it looked. For 8 quarts it was around $250 with the gun and you can recoat or topcoat it any time. It’s easy to spray too. As long as you prep it good I don’t think it would be easy to mess it up.

Glad to see you back to work on this! Would love to see it in person at some point

After I put my rear driveshaft in I found that I had a metric shirt ton of up and down side to side play in my tail shaft. Lol can anyone spot the issue? Keep in mind that this was a “friend” that I got this from and by golly he went through all of it and replaced everything! @Bent77 can you guess?

It looks like that stuff has all been replaced but he seems to have forgotten the rear main bearing when he reassembled it. Glad I caught it! That would have been not good.... real bad.... no beano

I don't think you would have gotten very far....lol

Just need to finish some wiring, fill the diffs, bleed the brakes, tighten some bolts, build a couple bumpers, mount the winch, and button up some little things! Then it’s time to prep and paint! Oh and finish my antiwrap bar. Tomorrow I can’t work on it but Sunday I have a few hours to mess with it. Then next weekend I should be able to finish it up. It was a relief to find the missing bearing in the transfer case. I was worried that I was going to have to drop it out and tear the whole thing apart. Kind of hard to believe it has only taken me 3 years to get this far. :haha:

This pic is for @GWeakland620
Know what it is???? lol
