I like that truck, one of the reasons I regretted selling my 78 I got back.
I still fondly remember the" CK5 party" thrash on the Ratbag installing the 454 among other things. Awesome times!

I always loved this thing, good seeing it back out of hiding!
Kind of funny thing about this truck its certainly nothing special and not in great shape, but there isn’t many around anymore, something about a stockish k truck that is just cool!
Why don't you register this? I would think it would be enjoyable to cruise around in? Cool truck.

One day. Still needs a ton of little things. I’ll change the rear springs before spring. The ones in it are sacked 1/2 tons that With load or heavy trailer sags on one side bad.
Got a set of 3/4 ton 52s out of that van I can use. Maybe use the the van 14 bolt while I’m at it.
It is, other then it’s noisy on coast.
For what I use it for it’s fine. Only made that loud bang noise and locked up after the burnout video when you where there. Lol!
Its missing one part of a tooth on the ring gear too. Pfft! No big deal!
Are there things that have to be done to it to be registered? Do you guys have inspections? Does it cost quite a bit?

This one would need to be inspected about 100.00 for that.

Looking good. Stoked to see it out in the sun where it belongs. I still remember ripping that thing down the gravel road with rene, big block / sm465..
