203 parts

I'm lookin for the 203 differential, mine is damaged. Hard to find these parts. Would u hav one or know where i can look?

That use to be mine long ago. I sold the rolling chassis to some kid in central NC back in 2007 ( I believe). It looks like those rock sliders we built are still on it. They aren't going to move :D

Found some pics. I think I have more at home

looks cool, I dnt hav the body on mine. Its a platform buggy. Just got it. Got to fix all the loose stuff b-4 I take it out 4 a ride. Just replaced transfercase chain, now I noticed more damage caused by the chain slipping.

I guess I can update this a little. since I have been home I have put new tires on it, and axels. dana 60, dana 70 with H1 rims, and 44x18.5 boggers. also bought corbeau seats, putting my 454 together, and have my 4 speed ready to go in.
This is how I got it.

Now that I have a couple more parts coming in, I will try to keep this updated with whats going on. I have been ordering engine parts , almost got a complete motor now. LOL Had a new baby born on Jan 11th, so that really held things up. I never did order my doubler, but tax season is coming, so I got my fingers crossed. I am going to just hurry up and try to get this thing together (i noticed a dry crack in my brand new tires) so I wont be able to do everything the way that I wanted right off, but hopefully will have it going for this wheeling season.

I have also recieved and installed most of my cross over with hydro assist that I got from chris at ORD.
AS I think of things that have been done, and things that I have gotten I will be updating.

yes it does... seems like alot of the older pics (even some of mine) have been removed or deleted.... I will work on fixing that.

That's awesome that you are swapping an SM465 BACK into it, like jebus intended.

Sweet truck. Wish I had the money for a cage like that. I like how you pteplanned most of it and build thoroughly with the sane intentions theouout the build. Good strong parts as well. Can't wait to see more pics and vid if it crawling around. Thumbs up on the 465 going back in. I'm with Martin on that one.

I am not the original builder, I just bought the chassis and I am putting it back together my way!

Thats the pics I got while I was discussing buying it. I had my buddy go and pick it up for me.

more to come..

Then I bought tires, and had them sent to his house, before I got home. I also ordered up some TWF inserts, and he was nice enough to mount 2 of them for me.

Got them mounted up, and I did the other two when I got home... not as bad as he made it sound, LOLmore later...

Well I am still going through some old pics to get some up here, but today I am going to pick up my motor that my other buddy had stored for me. But until I get that here and actually get started, Here is the blazer when it got home.

Picked up a 32 spline NP 205. It came with a slip yoke eliminator as well that I got to install.

This is how everything was stored while I was gone.

This evening I will be getting the motor and trans ready to go in so hopefully I will have some more updates for everyone.

Things have been going slow, but I have gotten 2 things done. I swapped in my XJ steering arm, and my hydraulic clutch pedal assembly.

Anyone want to guess what the PO had in mind with this pedal deal going on? This was the clutch pedal that was in it, I have no idea what was happening.

I have also been getting my motor ready. I am now read to buy some motor mounts (when money allows). I left the peanut port heads on my motor for now, but useed a pro comp intake for oval port heads. I have a set of 049 heads that I will be using later on, thats why I choose this intake.

This has really turned into a buget build since my newest son has come along, but I am still going to try to splurge where I can. Sorry about the crappy pics, they are all taken with my cell phone.

I'm no motor expert but you might hold off on installing that intake on the peanut port heads. Iirc, the intakes ports will be a good bit bigger than the heads, seems like I've read this overlap can cause the fuel to puddle around the head ports.
