I drilled a hole 1" lower on my front axle shock mounts to give myself a little more room for up travel before bottoming the shocks. Had to cut the brackets to clear shock body on full compression. I'll order some new tabs & make it look right again this winter when I pull the axle for paint. I hate leaving it look janky like this but time is of the essence & id like to make it to Tuttle again this Sunday. I'm not bringing company this time so I can give her the onion!

Hubs installed. Its a 4WD again. This time I did my front digs out on the gravel road!

Wonder how they compare to my Yukons mechanically.

They were $130. I'm guessing the Yukons are hands & feet above in quality. These engage super easy. The box says the locking parts are nodular iron.

I know they are a pain in the a$$ to install. Big spring in there fighting the whole time.

Yea? There is nearly no spring pressure on these. I took the first on back apart to check if there was even a spring there!

It's tacked. I think that means it's going to stay. I'm leaving room for some nice comfy seats set a couple more inches back in the future. Also there is going to be a pair of SoloBarriks behind the seat. I'm sick & tired of not having the proper tunage setup. I cut off & replaced the front shock mounts that I shortened the other night. They were far to ugly.

Mega cab! It's really hard to picture being such a dramatically different color. You have to squint really hard!

I did not want to weld on them quite yet. This winter I plan to cut them off & reclock them.
