Got a lot more spools of wire to put on yet and the lower drawers i'll set up for tools and such. Upper drawers are full of things like heat shrink, terminal ends and weather pack stuff. The stuff I use most often.

Bolted an aluminum tool tray to the top today.
Got some wiring done on the passenger side of the engine bay.
Of course, got more to do and then i'll get some loom on all of it.

I see the labelmaker on there. How do you usually affix them to the wires? 'flag' style or lengthwise and clear shrink wrap or some other way?
Right now, while I'm just stringing the wires and don't have them hooked up yet, I do them flag style. The end will get cut to length.
When I'm finishing the wires and getting them connected to the weather packs I switch to heat shrink tubing and this prints directly on the tubing. Most importantly though, i'll make a diagram with a pin out chart for each weather pack.

The wiring cart is killer.
I have plans for a 12V battery to go in it for testing and the like. I have an old laptop that may find a slide out spot for drafting wiring diagrams on the fly. Shelves in the dead space to the right side for spray cans and such. Considering wiring it up for 110v as well.
Yesterday was fairly productive.
I ran some more brake line toward the rear of the truck. I need to get my cutting brakes in hand to decide where they are going to go before I can continue in that direction. Front brake lines are at a stand still till I find a specialty fitting.
Did some work on the onboard welder. Decided I don't want the control box permanently mounted under the hood, that being the case, I set up a quick disconnect for the power cables. I'll do one half to the control box and another lead to attach back into the vehicles 12v system so I can use it as an alternator or as a welder.
After that I mounted the LED light bar on the bumper. This would have been a perfect place to have had the battery setup in the wiring cart.
Today I want to finish up my steering column. Finally got all the right pieces in hand. This weeks goal is to finish the air intake and who knows, possibly turn the truck around and start working the interior and tail end of things.

The inner portion of the air intake is finished. Got the flange put on the box yesterday and a small support bracket underneath it back to the engine itself.
This week, I'm going to try to finish the outer half of the box and get the hood finished up.

I see you have enough room for a filter in there, but do you have enough space around the filter for air to flow in?
Yeah, there's a lot of space for air flow. Far more than the 4" intake tube can flow.
