So you're going to run the ORD custom front springs? Awesome! Those are definitely on my wishlist. Be sure and tell us how they perform.

Yep! I was pretty impressed by how much they squished after I put the weight on it.

Starter switch, others are kc lights, 2nd battery, rear window switch, dash lights I put on a switch so I can turn them off if needed. And heater.
Got the clip on think I'm goin to try to mount winch box on the grill with a support Rod goin from radiator support to the brackets. Its just mocked up for now with the screwdriver holding the box up

So I got the idler gears in. But they dont spin free but i can spin them by hand just there a little stiff.I gotem no problem the first time. til I was pounding the shaft through. I had everything lined up but the last brass washer with the ear shifted a little and bent. So I took it all back out. And straightend he washer back out with hammer. Not fun.... Putting it back together cause now everything is covered in petroleum jelly and the needles aren't staying like they did the first time. I think cuz there was so much thined out jelly on them. But after fighting it and saying some choice words got it back together but the gears don't spin free. I'm hoping they will free up after I run it. What you guys think?

Its a universal summit racing heater. There really sweet. I had one in my past trucks. There was somebody selling one on here. Here's some crappy pics

Man I've actually gave up on a few u-joints after the needles had fallen out a few times and just wouldn't stay in. I felt stupid going to the parts store and telling them I needed another one of the same u-joints I had just bought earlier that day. I found that wheel bearing grease works better for me than petroleum jelly for holding them in sometimes. I think you're good though. Does everything spin more freely if you jack the axle up off the ground I wonder?

It was justthe idler gears alone in the transfer case that had a lot of drag. I ended up knockin that pin out far enough to getvthe bent washer that I tried straightening out and replaced it with a good washer out of a nother transfer case and now it spins like it's supposed to

Oh. For some reason I was thinking of a spider gear or something. You were talking about the t-case you had on the bench. Oops. Haha.
