'83 K30 - Budget build one ton

tube doors and new seats

Installed the tube doors I won at blazer bash a couple of years ago to see how they look with the narrowed fenders . I think the gap is a little wide between the door and fender but not much i can do about it .purchased some new corbeau seats from ksl for half price ,need the sliders and brackets tho .:waytogo:

battery mount and shock hoops

Before I bolt the fenders on for the last time I needed to take care of a few small things while its easy to get to so , riveted some sheet aluminum over the hole from the heat and ac and built a battery tray from angle iron and built some sweet shock hoops from 1in tube .

:zombie5: 2 yrs later, what ever happened to this thing? Still around?

Still around sitting in the same spot with a bit more work done.

He keeps on buying old tractors and fixing them so has no time to work on it.

I try and harass him about it as much as possible

my other crawlers

ben hooked by the antique caterpillar bug but getting some done . I think all the blue truck needs is a gas tank ,front drive line , and a air compressor and its runnable . I got a magnum box for the cummins crew cab and need to get it in too . If I can upload some pics you will see the budget build in the back . I did build a cage for it and got it in !
