So why the 1" spring plates?
Well the diy4x plates started to bend a little and the thicker plate allows me to get the proper stretch on ubolts without having to worry about them coming loose
I’m having the same problem with my ruffstuff plates and was thinking about doubling them up. Once the plate bends the studs bend too.
some things finished up this weekend on the blazer. installed the diy4x inboarding kit, installed trail blazer seats, added a lowrance on the dash, and scored a very good condtion hood from a 6.2 diesel square body for 40 bucks locally.
What’s the point of inboarding the shocks? Protection?
Got door weather stripping and windows in, hydro assist install finished and made a Tahoe 3rd row seat Mount.

Front seats are full power and they move far enough for kids to get in.
