84 cucv m1009 “ The Camper Crawler”

Full frame off, 12valve Cummins swapped cucv.
Man, that is definitely on my list to do when I reskin mine. That window is awesome!

Did the window come with a template to cut the hole? So there are no screws holding it in place just the gasket?

it didn’t come with template they give you dimensions and radius size for cut. The window sandwiches between camper shell with a gasket and screws

Ahh I see. Do you think the gasket would work with corrugated siding? We have a damaged window on our 83 Sun Lite Eagle but it's got the older aluminum siding. It would be nice to move away from butyl tape and sealant wherever possible.

I sealed all the ply wood for the bulkhead and bed floor with resin . I caulked everything before and after installing the wood and will be cutting and mounting the aluminum sheet on Friday once my order for 3M vhb comes in.

I’m not sure but if you can get siding mostly flat I’m sure it would work.
