I can make these headman collectors work. Used my old porting tool with a burr bit and opened up the top hole in this picture.

And my exhaust bends showed up today song can start laying out the exhaust.

All depends on the clocking. Take a look at @76zimmer k5 build, he sneaked duals around his and I think he's clocked like you. I'm clocked too much for that.

I've debated if I can sneak it. Honestly think it sounds better with a crossover, figured a big single would be the same.

I saved some pics of zimms, I'll post them up. I'm doing a single magnaflow and I'll dump it out the drivers side.

I'm thinking I may just nerd out and skip the y pipe piece. Maybe just merge the 2.5s before the 3 inch. I guess I'll have to see where my passenger pipe ends up. Ideally it's not intersecting the driver pipe perpendicularly lol.

Yeah I saw that. Wonder if there's some non flow friendly voids in the joining pipes?
