My no compression 454 made 365 HP and 500 ftlbs of torque with a 204 214 cam, qjet wieand Street warrior and headers. It doesn't sound like much but it pushed my old k30 way over 100 more times than I can remember and would paddle bumper deep snow in low and 3rd (2nd for Marty). It was a running sob.
Yours has a bigger cam so there should be more HP but a less torque. I would check the cam numbers & condition (you are almost there) to see how too big it is.

It's all broken down, crank is out. Bearings look like shit, main and rod bearings.

Had to come out for the frame swap but I probably should have left it alone.

Meh knowledge is power. Your rig will be tits when its done. No stone un turned makes for maximum reliability. Those bearings looked like mine.
. Mine had a 76mm. It was all done at 3950 but did make 590hp and 1000ftlbs. Not to bad for a 454.
