My sister gave me some of those valve stems you can install from the outside of the rim for Christmas.
You might wanna stay close to me and my mobile parts bin

What is that throttle cable bracket you are using, @skunked? I'm thinking I dislike my single bolt bracket and would like to upgrade.

No I haven't figured that out yet. My buddy's BBC had a plate that had an intergrated throttle bracket that went between the manifold and the FiTech. It was pretty slick.

@skunked ha, i don't think they understand what rock rings are for, guess you should have supplied your own valve stems.

I have been first hand witness to unprotected valve stems causing a flat on the trail but the guy had a fullsize spare so it was a quick fix.

I told them what they were for, I should have double checked. These are the same guys that tried mounting 16" tires on 16.5" rims and blew tire across the shop.

They can be installed from the outside? That doesn't sound right. Maybe I should buy some stems.

Can't remember what they are called, pretty slick. Designed as a trail fix item, but they are probably Haji proof

these look like the ones they installed. They would be fine if they stayed behind the ring.
