We're heading out to Fordyce October 8th so I have a few things that need attention before I hit the trail again.

1) Have a new rear 1350 CV driveshaft made with thicker tube. Use existing driveline as a spare.
2) Fix smashed exhaust
3) New TRE, weld other half of the assist clamp to the tie rod & check alignment
4) Shock hoop brace over engine
5) Add additional tie down anchors on bed floor
6) Nut and bolt check
7) Check diff fluid levels
8) Add a couple front bumper supports

oh and fix the brake lights, I found out I had no brake lights after the last trip :dunno:

Made some progress the last couple days knocking a few things off the punch list.

1) Fixed the brake lights (switch was loose)
2) Ordered another rear driveshaft, should be done tomorrow or Tuesday.
3) Installed 8 tie down points inside the bed for gear.
4) Picked up a new pair of TRE’s from ruffstuff and replaced the Drivers RH bent TRE.
5) Bought and installed the missing hardware on the tie rod clamp that keeps coming loose. Burned that fkr on so that won’t be a problem again.
6) finally fixed the exhaust and got that reinstalled.

Also found one of the two bolts that holds the solenoid on the mini starter was completely unscrewed. Luckily it can’t fall out because of the design but I’m glad I found it. FYI @mrk5 since you have the same starter (IIRC).
