Semi restoration of a 1984 K20 pickup. 5.3 LS, nv4500, np241c.

Aren't you changing it the pressure plate or just the disc?

I've put them back together like that, no issues
 
Scotch Brite the face of the plate and the flywheel if you're reusing them
 
Nope I got new disc and plate but leaving flywheel an pilot is roller bearing and looks really good.
 
I don't think so, I adjusted the clutch out to far. The throw out bearing must have gone too far.
 
That's one of those things I replace every time... Didn't do it once, and it started howling like a banshee a month later... Had to do the job all over again. Now I replace everything every time except for the flywheel.
That's kinda where i was going with that...

This doesn't have the squad hole like the stock fork.. Did they give me the wrong one?
