12 psi is max lift pump pressure the db2 should see.
The upper intake looks like it's an egr version. Though the lower intake looks like a non-egr style. Will still work. Just a little mismatched.

Ah crap I didn't see that but the underside has the imprint from the egr.. I had him send me this because it had the boost nipple and the map sensor there.. and I honestly didn't know the egr version was different.
For the lift pump should I put a regulator in line? The Facet pumps I thing are lower psi than 12

On mine it is, but they're not all the same.
I just used the stock GM electric pump for this engine. Seemed like a simple choice to me, since they already did all the matching for me.
I have a version of their Gold Flo. It's worked well so far. A bit noisy, but effective.

I would use the factory lift pump but they seem to have a questionable rep, the Facet is easy to get:

Going for blood test tomorrow morning, he said the vasvogal syncope could be a possibility but wants to check everything anyway. So I get blood testing and the heart doc stuff as well..
I'd have to look but I should have a non egr upper intake if you want. I have a regulator on mine but if the pump puts out under 12 you'll be fine.

Is it a big deal? I can just cut the egr portion out right? I figured an air grinder would make short work and I can clean up casting flash and sand blast everything while I'm in there..
It's not a huge deal at the power levels you're looking at. If you were going for all out performance then yes but that's not the case here.
