Same link as above. Those are the retro setups. Pretty good looking too.How about a set of These? I'll be using the same for my k5 when I swap in my 5.3.

Thanks for the info!! That will come in handy! It took me a week to get it. Ordered 9/1 and got it on the 6th or 7th.
Install is super easy. Removing the old stuff is the hardest part, your truck being a non AC truck makes it way easier. They will send you a new dash trim that has the vents in it, plus the other vents. I am not sure if they will end you an AC style gauge bezel. Take off the grill, take out the HVAC stuff. and replace it with the new stuff. Wiring is simple, just run the main harness to the battery + and -, if you have E fans tell them so they send you a Trinary switch that will trigger the fan when the compressor comes on, then plumb the heater core valve and plug it in. You will need to have your hoses crimped after you fit them. I found a hose shop that did it for 5 bucks.
You will need some additional items not in the kit. They send you Kwik performance compressor brackets, to finish them you need a LS style belt tensioner(Gates 38195) to replace the truck tensioner and also a 6 rib 114" belt(Gates K061140)
I coincidentally have those already for the nostalgic ac that was put in here during the 90s.. but I fear my evaporator might have a leak Or dysentery..Just did my second kit and it took a day and a half.
Non ac trucks get cheap low quality vents and it converts your bezel to run their vents. Cut and drill.
I think when I do mine, I will find the factory dash bezel and vents for it. That way it will look closer to factory as far as the dash goes.Just did my second kit and it took a day and a half.

Not to intrude in someone else's post but I've got a good bezel in a 1990 suburban I don't aim to use.I think when I do mine, I will find the factory dash bezel and vents for it. That way it will look closer to factory as far as the dash goes.
I have that setup socked away with the faux wood finish.. it wouldn’t fit the opening in the evaporator so I had to go back to the crappy old bezel..I think when I do mine, I will find the factory dash bezel and vents for it. That way it will look closer to factory as far as the dash goes.
I used all my aaa tows 2 years running lol.. still love it.. wouldn’t change it..
