Got my sons car painted up!

I got tired of the massive bumpsteer so i gave Norcal Chris's crossover steering idea a shot. It works pretty well, still has a little bumpsteer but it is night and day better.

Here is my baby that soaks up most of my mod money.
2008 Trailblazer SS 2wd, Forged 365ci Ls2,11.2 cr,custom cam,Tvs1900 supercharger at 11psi,straight methanol injection, all other supporting mods. I have no idea how much power it makes the 65lb injectors are maxed out and it will ignite the tires at 60mph:eek1:

Yes,I do have a set 3.73 geared axles to swap in,just havint got it done yet.
The 3.08s and big tires do kind of suck but with the th400 it does ok on the highway.

Yeah, I had an '85 K5 with a TH350 and 3.08's and I had 33x12.50x15's on it for a while. It wasn't as bad of a combo as I had expected. I then replaced them with some 31x10.5x15's and it was okay. I never did much off road with it though.

Nice trailblazer :waytogo:

The m1009 looks way better in one color compared to be camo.

I like it! Never seen that style of cross over steering b4! Very creative! That center console is cool too! Im suprised you did not put 2 of them together.

What other plans do you have for this machine? Did you rub with the 33" tires b4 the lift?

I have a duel steering stabilizer Kit, tuff country, I'll sell ya. It would Elimate your bumpsteer. $175?

Thanks, that trailblazer is the only vehicle I have ever bought brand new and I love it.
The camo was the only thing I didn't like about the m1009 when I got it.

Thanks! I plan on adding a gm-x turbo setup, some 37" hummer tires and a 3/4 ton axle swap. Probably will work on making the interior more comfy and quiet first . Oh and a roll cage.
The 33s fit good b4 the lift, the only time they rubbed was when i was messing around and almost rolled it lol.
