Yeah I go now and then. Seen you are in Seminole. I'm from Edmond work on my truck there but live in Stillwater for work.

Its not much of a drive down there from here. All we saw was mudholes and the river. We didnt really have much of an idea of where to go though. We get on the river at the Ada bridge and run to asher on occasion. Big red is close, and I've been to Disney once. I'd love to get back up there this year.

I bought my truck in Asher lol.
Yeah lot of rivers and mud, since the OK mudderfest a lot has changed down there, quite a few trails.
I've been hearing excellent things about arbuckle offroad park down near Ardmore.
Glad to meet some other oklahoma guys, we will have to get together sometime when this thing moves on it's own again

My buddy gave me an old Lund fastback , set it on the truck for fun haha.
Got all my my brakes working, had to rob a pro portioning valve off of a donor truck, and finally got fluid to the rear wheels. Set a headache rack I had on the truck too.
And then I measured for shocks!!!

Collected some goodies this weekend at the swap meet in chickasha ok.
Got me a
Tool box
2 super nice doors / interior panels
3 liquid filled auto meter guages (water/oil psi / voltmeter and all wiring
A keyed battery disconnect
A 16 gal fuel cell
A bunch of tabs for mounting my lights
And a msd ignition.
Also in the mail I got my
Painless harness
Mini spool for the 14bff finally came it!
Off work tomorrow, time to crack cold ones and get something out on the rig
Got me a

Just got off the phone with Kert from DIY4x, ordered me a cage kit! Gonna mount my switch panel on the cage in middle of the truck, drag car style.
Also this last weekend I got some nit picky stuff done. Got the rear driveshaft in, swapped carbs and finished up my snorkel, got my new doors mounted onto the truck. Etc etc. the small stuff takes the most time

Haven't made much progress lately! Had a lot of stuff going on, but tomorrow should he back on it. Only thing I have done is pick up some corbeau seats and 4 pt harnesses for 300$! Got a good deal. Wrong color but I don't really care. Any ideas for a center console??

Well I built my cage last weekend. Bout time!

I think I got a keeper!!! She was helping out a ton.
Then she swept the shop!!!
Gonna add more to the cage too.
So far it's just a diy4x cage. I'm gonna add:
Door bars
A bar under the back window
Dash bar
2 eyebrows
And 2 bars across the top halo.
Also going to tie it into my rock sliders when I cut out the rocker panels
The fitment of the cage was awesome! And how it ties into the seatbelt holes

did you need to cut some of the dash out for clearance? Just wondering, I'm doing some planning since I'll be ordering a DIY cage as well.

Yeah you have to cut the dash. Not a big deal to me, I cut on ever part of this truck lol
