If you can triangulate them it helps so they're not all straight to the frame. Also, tieing them into the body (use bushings if necessary) is a good way to reinforce them. Let me see if I can find a pic of muddysubs design, it was pretty clean.



My truck is yes. We used a 400hp kit on another car, however I did not put a fuel gauge on that one.

I'm leaning towards an electrical issue with the fuel pump

Any pics would be appreciated
 
I was thinking about tying into the cage with a bushing since the cage never got tied to the frame

I'm still baffled by this because even the FiTech directions note 58 psi for the 400hp kit. I wonder if that's a FCC output spec......

I might call in a bit and ask just to check. At idle with vacuum hooked to the regulator the fuel pressure is at 33PSI. They also said that was where it was supposed to be.

What is the fuel pressure of the pump?
That is more the job of the regulator, on the Command Center the standard pressure is 4 bar or 58 psi. This is the Factory Preset for our Go EFI line of products. We offer 3 bar 43.5 psi replaceable regulators as an additional option for customers who might want to use the Command Center in conjunction with other brand EFI systems that may run a lower pressure. These regulators are easily changeable with 2 mounting screws and are available on our website under the ” Accessories” section.
 
My sliders tie into the frame on my F150 in 4 spots. 2x4" rectangle for the sliders and 2x4 for the braces. It easily supports the weight of the truck for jacking up with a hi-lift or when sliding off rocks.

A while back, Cody (one of the tech support guys from Fitech) used to be part of the user led fitech owner facebook groups and said this:
Go Street, Mean Street = 43 PSI

Im waiting to be approved to join the group.

FiTech puts alot of how to and update stuff on their facebook and nowhere else as if everyone that buys the product follows them. There are things on facebook that arent even on the install/owners manual.

Yeah, they suck at at updating their tech articles, and manuals. Also making them so they are actually searchable.

I did call in one afternoon though and I was on hold for less than 3 seconds. That was nice.

Just got off the phone and the tech Mike said "the GO Street EFI (400hp) needs 43PSI and the 600ph needs 58"
 
I'm going to see if plugging the return, to see if fuel psi goes up. My fcc was putting out about same psi. But the gauge was on FCC. And it didn't always be at that psi. Only after driving a while it dropped. Then never would be up that high again. Maybe pump burnt out or fuel regulator is stuck open? I'm not even sure how the regulator works. Lol but I got mine running ok, will stumble a bit sometimes when I stop then snap the throttle or going under 25mph and snap into throttle. But my truck won't get over 150* and usually stays around 142* while cruiseing ethier. And that's in the hottest part of day 75* and at 7000ft+ elevation. I think at sea level and if I block the radiator some more will help it get up to running temp. I already have one 8" wide card board going from top to bottom on radiator and that got me to reach 150. Before it never got above 140. Sorry for putting do much of my stuff in your thread also. Not trying to hijack your thread.
 
You need to hit the 180 mark for the EFI to start learning. Will it not hit 180 at idle parked? Furthermore, if your registering only 140-150 on FiTech I think you have a bad coolant temp sensor which will cause all kinds of wierd shit.
