Front bumps pretty much done. I went with the DIY adjustable. Wasnt sure which one I will like. Figured one on and off the road ill be able to play with all these different ones
Yeah I like them also. I wanted some.adjustability.
As far as my bumps, have no idea. I started saving them off some frames I was working on. I saved a decent selection. There are quite a few in the self serve yards around here. So I just grabbed them when I could
Worked on front end,
Decided to put the B52s on and work on front bumper and winch
I relocated the engine oil cooler and going to try a different trans cooler. Sucked them into where the AC condenser was. Did some trimming of sheet metal to tuck the winch high as possible.
Just set the steel on top of the winch to.get some ideas. But really considering making the bumper and B52s all one piece. The big winch will come out the bottom.
Started the front bumer today. Far from done, but feels nice to have a direction. Ended up going as high as I can with it as opposed to tucking low and between frame...damn pics wont load
And this is how my front bmper turned out before final.welding and lower skid plate finished.
Wanted somthing burley with a skid, and the winch completely functional. Yet out of the way. Best thing is I did this all with steel I had around the shop.
