This is not a dedicated trail rig, but does trailer to the destination usually. I am currently in the planning phase of doing a 52/56" spring swap, and getting back to being more road worthy.

I need to go get mine powder coated orange so I can install it. We have a powder coat place right next to my work. Like 40 ft I just have to take stuff to work and walk it over. They do stuff for Legacy Classic Trucks and all kinds of places in the magazines alot.

I have a feeling that the diff cover won't stay shiny very long, given your usage patterns.
Shiny powdercoating is for mall crawlers...
I've done the rusty, beat up wheeler. I'm ready to make something somewhat nice.
Will that cause you to hesitate when charging up rock ledges?
