'86 Jimmy 4in Lift, 40’s, tons, 8.1 Swap- 700r4 said PNNNNN

This is not a dedicated trail rig, but does trailer to the destination usually. I am currently in the planning phase of doing a 52/56" spring swap, and getting back to being more road worthy.
Yeah, that's got to be nice to keep cost down to be a parts guy. If you guys do go that route, what outers would you use? I have seen a couple different styles, like the ford dana 50 outers (knuckles, c's, everything). I guess the big thing you will give up is time (instead of $$) on a project like that. I have seen a couple guys who have done it who end up really liking it, but say if they were to do it all over again, they would just pay the little extra for d60 parts and spend their time doing other stuff (like wheeling more :D). Would be freaking sick though

And that's where I fit in. I love wheelin more than welding:whistle:
Like I said, if I get bored:haha:

As for outers, we would use the super 60 outers. Although they are ball joint, they are huge joints. And the C's and knuckles accept a 1550 u-joint. The outers also accept a 40 spline from the factory, I think:doah:

I was under my truck Saturday and noticed mine is pretty much worn out. Got any with a Np241 mounting flange?

Beef, it's what's for dinner.

All washed up and ready for some wire wheel action.
