'86 Jimmy 4in Lift, 40’s, tons, 8.1 Swap- 700r4 said PNNNNN

This is not a dedicated trail rig, but does trailer to the destination usually. I am currently in the planning phase of doing a 52/56" spring swap, and getting back to being more road worthy.
Yours. I need 4 14in 5125s. Lol

And stripper would definitely take the clear off. Then reclear them and that would probably work. May have to polish rust off though.

This sounds like the best route.

Yes, despite what grumpy camper has to say about it.

I'm just trying to make the best decision on how to clean these up without a ton of work. They are used, and they are going a beater.

Not grumpy, just amused. You've had 6 posts in a row saying almost exactly the same thing, and yet you make it seem like a novel idea. :wink1: :haha:

Campy out, good luck with your painting endeavors.

Jacked the front end up last night. Wheel bearing are howling and the king pins feel loose. Going to be tearing it apart next week.

Along with the intake gasket, and other engine bay clean up.

That reminds me, I need to go get my rollers.
