I broke the bleeder screw off my passenger front d60 caliper too. I will replace them at some point.....sucks huh Crap like that always pisses me off

Looking really good dude. Shackle angle in the rear looks good now too. I like the look of this thing. The cage looks nice and simple too. Hope we can get out wheeling sometime soon!!

I'm going to try to get it to Colorado axle and gear first part of next week . Then put a wrench on every nut and bolt . And shake down run
I will hit you up left hand is still closed so need something with a bit of difficulty level

picked up hooker headers off CL modified them so im still emmission legal came out pretty decent ,and it sounds really good

i found a ditch close to the house so i thought i would check out the flex looks good my bump stops up front stopped it 1" before shock bottomed out ,did not flex all the way out front shock out about 9" still have 5" to go , the back im going to adjust the shocks in further .more up travel less down travel it was out about 8" i will do some tuning on it

i took it out for a spin to the car wash , there gear oil every where ,
turns out when i put the doubler in i laid the breather line on top of the case and forgot to run it to the engine compartment what a mess .took care of that issue .took it back to the car wash wash all the gear oil off the underside . no more leaks .
i have a terrible vibration/gear grinding noise upon deceleration ,made a call to ORD talked to steve he is pretty sure its the drive shaft .

we are off to colorado axle and gear to get the no spin and gears in the front axle done .hopefully will be done this week so i can wheel it next weekend see if she is worthy

I have not I am about to start the Diff swap this up coming weekend. I was busy planning... well putting my wallet through a big Bday party. Now I have a little bit of extra money for fluids and a battery.
