Another exhaust work picture.
It was a weird set up we had running to weld up the exhaust. No 220 in my place here in the city, had to run the MIG off my welder/generator in the bed of my DD.
Picture of my truck and my buddies super duty up at the farm cleaning up the trucks. If you look at the first picture of the truck on 37s that i posted in the first post you can see that the front paint was pretty faded, put some nu-finish on it and then waxed it, made it shine again and it still looks good now.
Original spring pack
What is is now, about half of before.
And for those that are not following the build on pirate, these are the pictures from that jeep that went over the edge up in the mountains. Luckily they hit a tree and didnt go all the way down. Only the passenger was injured, but he had to go to the hospital. Driver said that it happened about 2 in the morning, i was there about 3 the next afternoon, a 2007 1/2 chevy was trying to pull him back up, it wasnt working too well. A winch pull and some jerking with the tow strap and he was out.
Jeep when i got there. Hard to tell the drop cause the brush is thick, but behind those trees is probably a hundred foot drop, they got pretty lucky.
At this time the exhaust had just fallen off the passenger side and i had cut the drivers side so that the engine was not running funny, this day in the mountains was open manifolds. Needless to say it was incredibly loud, but while i was pulling the jeep out and the BB was screaming, it had to make everyone there smile, and cover their ears.
