Got the windshield out and the doors hung to start the full vert swap this weekend. Surprised how easy the windshield came out.
You had a pro install last time.

Hopefully you use more than blue tape to hold it on
I’ll be using the metal squirt gun tomorrow.
Burned it in finally. Need to do some full and blending work but Atleast it’s somewhat done. Need to pick up the pace on this thing. Dunes open in a little over 4months, and I want to use this thing. Once my cage plates get here from Deuling I guess it’s time to start bending. I probably should head to @RivMan house and measure his soft top too before I go crazy. I have Deuling’s cage dimensions, just need to transfer them to bendtech and start bending. That’s right @NorCal69 another lumber rack cage!
Started capping the bedrails. This took underly too much time(3hours). Hopefully the other side goes quicker. Not perfect but a little filler and it should be good.
Otherside capped and blended as best as I could.
Wife gave me the go ahead to buy truck parts so two prp premiers for the front and a 48” 3 wide bench for the rear. Sliders, new harnesses should be on the way. Gotta talk with Swetty and get new gears ordered. Re gearing to 5.38 to give me more ass in the dunes.

More hole patching. One more to go then I can start bending. Hopefully be bending on Tuesday.
Was this truck originally a 465?

Got back out, primered the first patch, then got lazy on the last patch. Oh well it will be bedlinered snd is behind the pedals. Didn’t feel like cutting out the po previous patch.
Well I bent something but it was just the calibration piece for bendtech. Spent too much time getting the bender leveled, and making cage plates.
Started making hoops. Got the c pillar how I want it. Nice and tight.
B pillar bent. Need to get some 3/8” bolts for the cage plates then it blue tape time to figure out the layout. Just your typical lumber rack cage. Really need my seats to show up so I can verify height and clearance.
