So one thing it’s lacking is tunes. Ordered a marine receiver today, should be here tomorrow. I made rear speaker mounts out of osb. I’ll wrap them in vinyl and call it good. Looks of blazer use this weekend.

Few more pieces of the puzzle today. Got the shifter bezel on the way from @fastazz81. And this fits perfect here! Hopefully I can hear it over exhaust and road noise. I have jl audio 3” dash speakers and cheap dual 6x9’s.
Only downside with that is if you wheel with people that like to mess with you. They'll be reaching in and turning up the volume and stuff.
That round do-dad is a stereo?
Let me know how it sounds. I have the same thing and get a shit ton of feedback thru the speakers. I’m sure I need to get power somewhere cleaner and try again.

Yup marine grade
Sounds really good for a cheap stereo. It’s gonna be loud enough for sure. I get no feedback. Only issue is the tuner is weak. I’ll have to play around with the antenna location but I just got a cheapo antenna and zip tied it to the cage. Bluetooth works flawlessly and even scrolls artist and song. I have a flush mount usb plug I plan on installing where the stock radio should be. Then I’ll load up some tunes on the usb and see how the mp3 decoding works.
Really happy with it so far, I’ll update after I go for a drive.
I skipped the fm and did purely Bluetooth control. It is definitly loud as balls. I have it running to an amp and two speakers and it cranks. But after the fitech I’m getting bad interference so I’ll have to figure it out.
I played the amp game awhile ago. Yah it sounded better, and was louder, but at the cost of additional load on the battery, and space.
