89 K5 - Recon's 1 Ton Blazer

My buddy got me 2 solid windows today from a friend of his he grew up with, so those will be going in next weekend. I don't mind the solid windows because my sliding window locks are busted anyways and you can push them open by hand. I plan on some stereo up grades to rock out on the trail and I'd like to have it be able to completely lock up when it's parked at my apartment. I don't care about the fender, the truck was bought for wheeling and to relieve driving miles from my Sierra, so I expect it to get body damage. I just need to get some real bumpers because I tend to ram things when I get mad...

I would order up the A-bomb and build a bumper from there

I have the Twizted Engineering version of Kerts A-Bomb. I like it better because it doesn't stick out at all. I plan on ordering up their bolt on wings for it since they tuck up nice and still offer protection. My main bumper needs right now are the rear bumper. The stock one just can't cut it.

i'll sell you a loaded box with 8 12's in it. It fits perfectly in the cargo area. You can dump 6000 watts into it. It's tuned at 31hz. It doesn't fit anymore since I put the cage in.

I am going to have to respectfully decline that offer, as tempting as it may be

Bahaha. It was by far the best thing ever. The ladies loved it, and it was fun to blow some ghetto mexican with his wal-mart beat out of the water with a country songs bass line. (no offense to any mexicans)

:haha::haha::haha:

That truck would get broken into and have all the stereo equipment stolen in about a week in my area. Either that or you'd be the most popular honkey in the neighborhood.

Also got these bad boys about 2 weeks ago, just need to polish them up a bit. Good thing I didn't deploy, after all.
