By using a diode between an 87 pin on the high beam and the 86 pin on the low beam you could do it this way. Otherwise you would have power to your 87 high beam pin whenever the low beams were on. This would eliminate the need for the lower (in the diagram) relay.

I really need to update the diagram...
 
Ahh, of course. That was one of those where I "knew" I was missing something, just kept nudging me in the back of my mind, but I couldn't put a finger on it...
 
I would watch using that table you posted, the ampacity of a wire depends a lot on the cross sectional area and the insulation type. If you just go and buy some wire from Home Depot or something, chances are it won't be rated for what that table says.
 
I modified the diagram to include the diode placement.
