Is the rod still broken out of the housing?
No, bought 2 new drum supports, tie rod, and 2 new bolts.

You went snow wheeling again?
Glutton?
I have tire chains now....:D Plus this is a road you could drive in a car in the summer.

Great photo. Looks like it could go in a brochure.

Thanks! The guy that took it does professional photography so his pictures turn out great.

I had hoped to be up testing out the chains. Instead it was a day of mostly muddy road with some drifts to bust through. The goal was to end up at a little frozen lake the club visits every winter to play on. However this year it was not meant to be....

Just stay off the narrower trails with switchbacks in the snow. Went 2 years without much trouble and that one trail really beat the truck up.

He was the first one to the "lake", more of a pond really, but it's called Lost Lake. He was driving around on the ice for a bit, and have even spun some donuts just 10 feet from where he fell through. He had started heading towards the shore and the rear axle just dropped through the ice.

Here's a video of the recovery:

You can only see the 1 truck there but there were 2 winches pulling him out. Plus myself and another truck were playing anchors for the winching trucks.
