'89 R3500 Crew Cab 2wd to 4wd conversion & beyond

Started out with 2wd TBI350 with SM465 to current 4wd with 454, 700r4, NP241
I like the idea of splitting the brake and turn like @Capt Ron mentioned. The only reservation I have is the reliability of the cheap jungle company led lights. I like knowing I have the reliable red lights flashing too.

Okay, I decided my license plate solution was fitting for the truck. I cobbled together some scrap pieces of tube I had on the shelf to make something sturdier.

The tubes sleeve together tightly enough I don't need any kind of pins.

It would get a hell of a workout if I tried to get the crew cab thru Coyote. :haha:

I greased the sleeved tubes. And I made it removable so I could grease it in the future.

I've been working on popping out door dents. The rear doors are a real pain in the arse to work inside of. Way less room.

Far from perfect but I like the results much better.

I figured out adding a little flexible tube at the needle valve really helps save the needle valves from getting bent as easily.

I like the football because the oblong shape helps fit the bigger spaces and the smaller diameter helps in tighter spaces.

I figured you all would catch that quick. Admittedly when I went to install it I really had to think about, had to write a 3 with my finger to be sure. Then I thought it would be funny to just put it on wrong. Then later I still had to double check I actually did put it on wrong. :haha: :doah:
