that radiator + fan set up is sweet!

That is how my fans are programmed and it works great, my tuner had to use a base tune from an '05 that came factory with electric fans and tweaked it from there.Thanks. I have had it for a while, and Russel favored it over the stock rad so I went with it. I bought a couple of rad hose adapters from Jags that run, as well as a section with an air bleed and a sight glass so I can reliably bleed the air out. Russ says the PCM will run the fans, so we're gonna have one fan come on at 210 F and off at 195 F. The second one will come on at 220 F and off at 210 F. Hopefully that will work well.

Looking good [emoji41]
Yes. It requires two mini relays (DEI 8616). Tap the compressor clutch circuit before it goes thru the cycling switch and run that to both of the trigger positives on the relays. Ground the other side of the relay coils. Then run a ground circuit thru each relay switch, ground one side and run the other to the main fan relay's trigger wire that comes from the PCM for each relay.Good to know that recipe works well! Thanks. My 5.3 is an '06 that came with electric fans only...so from a tune standpoint Russ says it's easy. He will also be tuning out the same stuff you did. Tq management gone, pedal delay gone, VATS gone. Rev limiter set to 6000 rpm, speed limiter to 105 mph. I doubt it'll pull 105 anyways...
Did you ever come up with an AC deal that worked to kick at least one fan on when the AC was on?

Lmao, yep Russell is the man! He has helped me out on more than one occasion.I see "blah blah blah flux capacitor".
I'll show it to Russel though. He'll know exactly what you're talking about.

Nice way of getting the bend. Almost came out like my rear engine cage bar. I see "blah blah blah flux capacitor".

Looks pretty damn cool, Rene. You know I always like to see the king doing some fab work.Nice way of getting the bend. Almost came out like my rear engine cage bar.
Did you weld the standoffs on the interior of the tube? Just don't see the weld..
