Also the only reason I was going to try to switch to the 241 is that is what was reccommended to me in a previous thread when I asked which Tcase to go with. Can you get a slip yoke eliminator for a 205
I looked up your other thread on the transfer case, you were asking about using a 241 over a 208 in a newer K5 correct?
With your current setup, Cummins/ nv4500 / 205 you basically have the perfect super beefy combo. All stupid simple, tough, reliable and easy to find parts for. Consider a twin stick setup for the 205 to help with shifting, a fluid change and at worst a basic overhaul of the unit and you should be good to go for a loooong time

Oh, and like stated your 205 is a FIXED yoke, so it has no slip yoke
