excited to see it come together! looks like some potential moose buggy parts!

Git-r- done! I would like to get that 44 and arm from you when you get back, but I gotta go to Louisianna on the 23rd. Then kenai on the 30th for work. Hopefully back early in November. I'll hit you up when I get back.

Sure, I can get all the stuff gathered up and set it aside for you while I'm home.

How long you gonna be in Kenai?

Ok so with time and money be tight to make next years eureka trip AND to help another CK5'er out I picked up a Donor rig to get the burb wheeling . it will be a Mild build nothing all that fancy. until next winter when I can afford to spend a bit more time and money on her.

So this CUCV will donate its axles tires and steering to the Burb. I'll be using my A-bomb and 56" front springs and Inboarding the rear with 63" springs. along with Hydro assist .

So far this is the Plan, but since I really only have 2-3 weeks to work on it and limited funds.........On top of other projects that need to be done . things are subject to change.

My backup plan is to just use all the CUCV stuff under the burb springs and all:doah:

My Back up Back up plan is to just take the CUCV.

I would be running the rocks this year but I ran into a few issues:

Steering, Full Hydro is really the only way to go and be reliable for the wheeling we do , and to do it RIGHT it will cost about 1600.00

Wheels, Either I have to re-center, buy new, or convert my rocks to 8-lug

Brakes, I bought Kerts awesome pinion brake setup. but the rotor wont clear the leaf springs. so I need to 4-link the front ( there are a few other options but there not as appealing)

so anyways thats where I'm at on using the Rocks too much time and money to go that route this year.
