Wow, blew the muffler out, never heard of that. Tell them to come and look at it, or send a flat bed over to pick it up, so as not to do any more damage to it.
update: found out the knocking was a valve that had a pivot ball under and on top of the rocker arm thus making the nut back off and made the sound, no damage, i just took the ball off and tightened nut back down. slow to start was the throttle position sensor/ fuel pressure regulator. changed both and now im good to go. also got the muffer warrantied. new u-joints in front driveline so 4-wheel drive is hopefully operational depending of if the notorious 4wd actuator works. 1.5 " lift ordered so i can clear the 31's better and hopefully i can put it on before i go to wyoming next week for deer killing! getting close to being done and can focus back on my k10
