A little Sunday, fun day, progress. I'll let the pics do the talkin today.
Cleaned up the garage. It turned into a huge mess within the last couple of weeks.

Pulled out the '69, with a '69...

Kinda mocked up the tank and the rear bumper. Man, I totally forgot how far that thing sticks out past the frame. This is where a lot of sitting, measuring and thinking began.

Diff clearance..

Figured out the hitch is going to need to go low..

Goodbye rear crossmember and #5 holes.

Let's not hate on the angle iron just yet...
I think it will work out nice with the rear shackles.
All bolted in at the rear flips. The will also get bolted from the bottom for the hitch rails too.. Added a crossmember for the time being. This will get welded to the angle.

Some fab work will be needed to pass the bolt area and the top frame bolts.

Ill need to start the lamination process, like the front for the rear shackles.

And that's about it. I'll need to get back after it this week. She had to sleep outside last night.
