I have to agree, and every motorsport has its faults, but seems Smashcar is leading in the “how to ruin your sport” race!
That and a Top Fuel engine makes more power in one engine than the first 4 rows of Nascar combined!

They are trying to grow their fan base but are pissing off the original fans in the process.

I stand corrected, after watching Grubnics interview, he said it pulls out 20* of timing at 7900 rpm, not @ 2.7 seconds. That can be several hundred horsepower on those engines, which makes tuning the fuel curve when it does that pretty tricky.

Gimme a break, I didn't have my hearing aids in!
