Power shifting, keep the hammer down and stuff the clutch bang the gear and let the clutch fly so fast the engine never hits the rev limiter. But you need a good shifter and a good clutch and a good rear axle too! Although now with sequential transmissions they don't need the clutch to bang the gear...though in the H pattern that guy likely still had the clutch...
